No. BYOK is optional. Your CiteWorth plan still controls access to features and workflows.
Included named AI engines are a plan entitlement, not the size of CiteWorth’s wider evidence network. Free includes ChatGPT Search — OpenAI. Pro includes ChatGPT Search — OpenAI, Perplexity, and Gemini — Google. Agency includes those plus Grok — xAI and Claude — Anthropic. Enterprise is a contractual accepted subset and does not automatically inherit Agency. Claude is part of the Agency design; live runnable access follows runtime acceptance. CiteWorth works across a broader AI, search and evidence network, with plan-specific included AI engines.
Enterprise is custom capacity and commercial terms. Contact Sales. It does not automatically include Agency entitlements, engines, or Credits.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You will see a notification. Site, tracked Prompt and included named AI engine limits require a higher plan or Enterprise. Included Credits are listed on your plan. Optional Credit packs are available. There is no automatic PAYG. CiteWorth shows the relevant next step when a limit is reached.
Yes — Agency covers up to ten sites with multi-site access, Portfolio, shareable and white-label reporting, and the operational workflows built for client delivery. Enterprise is custom if you need more.
