Find → Fix → Prove is shorthand for UNDERSTAND → PRIORITISE → EXECUTE → PROVE

From evidence to action — and back to proof.

01 / Find

Visibility data is only useful if you can act on it.

Most visibility tools stop at measurement. CiteWorth connects what it finds to the work required to change it — and keeps the evidence needed to show what happened afterwards.

  1. UNDERSTAND

    Evidence

Citations, mentions, competitors, crawl and technical signals, captured with timestamps — distinct evidence, not one label.

  2. PRIORITISE

    Opportunity

The gap is diagnosed and ranked, so the next move is obvious.

  3. EXECUTE

    Work

A fix, a governed claim or a content output — owned, tracked and implemented.

  4. PROVE

    Verification

Re-check what went live, then keep the result as reportable proof.

01 / Find

Know what AI sees — and what it misses.

Bring AI visibility and the site evidence underneath it together — citations, competitors, crawl access, technical health, performance and trust signals — so the next decision is based on evidence rather than guesswork.

What crawlers and answer engines can actually fetch, render and understand.

Site health

Technical, performance & trust

Technical Audit, PageSpeed, AI Health and Security Posture — conditions underneath the result that can affect discovery and implementation quality.

02 / Fix

Turn evidence into the next right action.

CiteWorth connects findings to the workflow needed to resolve them — whether the answer is a technical fix, stronger governed content, or committed client work.

CiteWorth does not force every finding through the same workflow. The evidence determines the appropriate next action.

Entry point

Opportunities

Turn evidence into prioritised work. Each opportunity carries the context needed to decide what should happen next.

Technical / performance

Fix Assist

Technical remediation. Move from finding to an implementation-ready action across technical, crawl, metadata and performance evidence.

Content / assertion

Claim Cards + Content Studio

Govern the evidence. Create the content required to strengthen it.

Trust / security / consent

Evidence + remediation

Turn observed trust, consent or security evidence into a clear remediation path, then verify the result — routed through Fix Assist or Cases.

Committed work

Cases

Track ownership, actions, evidence, verification and sign-off.

03 / Prove

Client-ready evidence, not another dashboard export.

Verify what was implemented, re-run the relevant evidence and preserve what happened afterwards — from technical changes and site conditions to subsequent AI visibility. Then turn that evidence into governed, client-ready reporting through Report Centre.

Questions worth answering first.

The short version. Full FAQ →

What does CiteWorth measure?

Whether AI answer engines cite your site for the Prompts you care about, who is cited instead, and what technical or content evidence explains the gap — captured per run so you can compare over time.

How is this different from checking ChatGPT manually?

Manual checks are one-off and unrecorded. CiteWorth queries multiple answer surfaces, timestamps every result, tracks change between runs, and keeps the evidence attached to the work it triggered.

What happens after CiteWorth finds an issue?

It becomes an Opportunity: diagnosed, prioritised and promotable into work. From there it routes to a technical fix, a governed claim, a content output or a Case with an owner — implemented through your workflow.

What can CiteWorth actually prove?

What was observed, what work was done, what was verified live afterwards, and when. It is an evidence trail for the work — not a guarantee of ranking, attribution or revenue outcomes.

Do I need to connect my own AI provider?

No. Eligible usage runs on CiteWorth-managed capacity. If you would rather use your own supported provider account, BYOK is available where supported — see pricing for current details.
