Portfolio

Twelve sites do not fit in one head.

Anyone running visibility work across several properties spends real time just working out which one needs them today. Portfolio answers that in one view — and then gets out of the way, because the answer to why is always one level down.

No card required.

  • Every site in one view
  • Status and freshness
  • Direction of travel

The question it answers

Which of these needs me today?

Not how is everything doing — that question has no useful answer across a dozen properties. The operational question is narrower and Portfolio is built for it.

  • Score per site

Readiness at a glance, so weak properties surface without being hunted for.

  • Citation coverage

How much answer evidence each site is actually generating.

  • Scan status

What has run, what is running, and when each site was last looked at.

  • Direction

Whether a site is moving, and which way, rather than just where it sits.

An index, not a verdict

Every number here is a question, not an answer.

An aggregate is a compression, and compressions lose exactly the detail you need to act. A site's score tells you to look; it does not tell you what is wrong. Portfolio is designed as the fastest route to the right site, not as a substitute for opening it.

Diagnosis lives in the site's own evidence. Portfolio's job is to get you there sooner.

A real limitation

Two sites tracking different questions are not comparable on share.

It is tempting to read a column downwards and rank clients by it. That works for readiness and status, which mean the same thing everywhere. It does not work for citation share, because share is calculated against whichever questions each site tracks — a site tracking narrow, specialist questions and one tracking broad, contested ones are not on the same scale, and treating them as though they are will produce a confident and wrong conclusion.

For operators

The view you actually work from.

Portfolio tends to become the daily starting point for anyone delivering across multiple properties.

  • Start the day here

Find where attention is needed before opening anything.

  • Spot the drift

Notice a site going quiet before a client notices for you.

  • Keep coverage honest

See which properties have not been looked at recently.

Stop opening twelve dashboards.

Bring your sites together and see which one needs you.
